Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your patronage. I take pride in the quality of my artwork, and want you to love your new art piece. If you are not completely satisfied, I am here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:​

  • Timeframe: The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be undamaged and in its original condition.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Contact me at womack1970@comcast.net with the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is approved, I will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Securely pack the artwork in the original packaging if possible, or I can make arrangements to pick up, or have the artwork dropped off.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping is free if the item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected—whether mailed in or dropped off in person—I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. For online orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. For eligible in-person returns, refunds will be processed accordingly at that time.
